Dort stellt sich auch heraus, dass Harbinger nicht der Saboteur, sondern lediglich des Kriegshandwerks müde geworden ist, und Topper schafft es, ihn aus dieser Krise herauszubringen.
Allerdings befindet sich Dexter Hayman nicht im Lager, und daher bricht Topper zu Saddams Palast auf, während die befreiten Soldaten zum Evakuierungspunkt gebracht werden.
Topper dringt in den Palast ein, trifft dort auf Saddam persönlich und beginnt einen Schwertkampf mit ihm.
Im Verlauf dieses Kampfes wird er von Präsident Benson abgelöst, und diesem gelingt es, Saddam und dessen Hündchen mit Hilfe eines Feuerlöschers zu vereisen und in tausend Eisstücke zu zerschmettern.
